Passenger Side View Mirror Replacement - 51168250439

My side view mirrors have become quite corroded in the last few months/years. I have them on my list of items to replace. I got the driver's side done last year and it only cost me about $55 for the part.

I'm ready to replace the other side now. While looking for the part (51168250439) for the passenger side mirror today, it is almost double the price. Is that simply due to the convex shape of the glass? I was quite shocked. I couldn't find anything on the forum about this. I do not want to install a part from China; I'd like to keep it OEM.

The cheapest part I can find so far is from BMW of Fairfax at $78.14 + shipping. Does this sound right to you guys?

Probably the best price you would get for OEM mirror glass. Autohausaz has it for cheaper but you would need to pay shipping

Thanks. With another $12 of product in my cart they'll ship it for free. So I tacked on some Liqui Moly fuel injector cleaner.
