Outside Door Window Seals / Weatherstrip

My 04 sedan is starting to show its age. The seals around the windows on both sides are cracking. Are there any kits out there that anyone knows of? Or at least a compiled list of part numbers?

Also, does anyone have any experience painting/refreshing the trim on the pillars? Mine is starting to lose little specs of paint and new ones are prohibitively expensive from what I've seen... :-(
