IMO the car looks good in blue. More importantly did he pay to paint the entire frame. To me the car feels ghetto if the door jams, engine compartment, etc are in a different color than the body panels.

Spoke to him. He's a dealer, so very little history.
Driver side rear has significant painting rubbing. For me its easy to picture with chrome 20's. :)
