Apex PS7 wheels paint/finish quality

I planned on getting VMR V710 wheels, but based on some recommendations here, the fact they're lighter and mainly for the anthracite finish (may be similar to vmr gunmetal but oh well) I bought a set of Apex PS7 wheels from Turner. They came in today and I was very excited to apply a sealant and get the tires mounted Monday. Excitement went away when I saw that each wheel has some level of thin clearcoat and rough finish on the inside of the spokes. One also has a defect on the face of the wheel, not sure how someone missed that. I wasn't expecting HRE quality but was definitely disappointed.

I was wondering if this is typical of Apex wheels (possibly VMR as well) due to the price point or if I simply got slightly unfinished wheels? I attached a few photos for reference.

I think they just missed it cause those are kind of small. They usually look for larger patches of damage. My ARC-8s was in really good quality when I sealed them. Try to exchange them if you can.

Mine came from the group buy and I saw only one very small blemish out of the four wheels. You should contact Turner/Apex.

I never saw a blemish when I bought arc8s for my dad. I would contact Turner about it.

Talked to turner and they basically dismissed it as me being too picky, ready to send return labels but not new wheels. Waiting for Apex response as I spoke with Matt there to see what he can do. Everyone that saw the photos saw exactly what I'm talking about, and of course easily seen in person... We'll see I guess.
