I'm the second owner of this beautiful ZHP (purchased September 2009). The original owner picked me up from the airport and made me dinner before I drove it to its next home. This car is garaged, hardly driven in the rain, and never in the snow/salt (either owner). The car is in nearly perfect condition but please inspect the pictures, or come see for yourself. No accidents, clean title in hand (no liens).

Location: Staunton, VA (https://www.google.com/maps/place/Staunton,+VA+24401/@38.1592547,-79.1329505,12z/******!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x89b4a08eb8621697:0xe5d6 e4710a09b66e!8m2!3d38.149576!4d-79.0716958) 24401 (On I-81, ~2.5 hours SW of Washington DC).

Shipping: Happy to help you arrange shipping to anywhere but I prefer you see the car first in person.

Modifications:
ESS Tuning Stage 1 Twin Screw Supercharger:
330hp/302tq (versus 235hp/222tq stock).
Replaces entire intake manifold, so no DISA or CCV issues to worry about.
GROM unit for USB and Sirius/XM satellite radio through the stock dash unit. Unit installed in the trunk and antenna on rear parcel shelf. No cut wires, pierced seals, or drilled holes.
3M clear bra on front fascia, leading edge of front fenders and hood, and side skirts.
Clear front corners and front marker lights.
Nokya hyper yellow 2500K driving and fog lights for excellent night driving. Turn signals, and side marker lights to match.
ECS matte black front grille insert.
Removed clutch delay valve (CDV).
Auto-dimming rear view mirror with small clown nose, garage door opener, and internal compass (from an E90).
Minor Coding:
Halogen driving lights enabled with bi-xenon high beams (normally just used for flash-to-pass).
Fog lights can stay on with hi-beams.
Turn off the seat belt reminder chime. (I like to start the car before I put on my belt). Seat belt reminder light still active.
Windows up/down with remote.

No extra charge for fresh detailing:
Hand wash as usual with 2 buckets/grit guards/Mothers wash soap.
Griot's clay bar/Griot’s Speed Shine for lube.
Aerospace 303 protectant on all the trim.
Tape the trim, though the stuff I use doesn't stain, just old habits I guess.
Minor correcting with Griot’s machine polishes.
Klasse AlO (polish/protectant).
Klasse HGSG (sealant/glaze).
Griots Poly Wax.
Remove tape, clean with speed shine, reapply 303.
Griots spray on wax to final buff finish.

Also comes with:
Original parts if you want them. Not sure why you would want to make the car slow again, but you could. All modifications are reversible.
A folder full of maintenance records and receipts.
Original window sticker.
Up to $500 toward the purchase of new tires when you pay the full asking price. Details to be discussed with buyer and agreed upon before sale.
My kitchen is in flux so it won’t be quite the same, but I would still like to continue the tradition of the PO and this car. So I would be happy to take the buyer and a guest out to dinner over car stories if you are interested.

Currently at 35,900 miles (May 14, 2016).

$18,900 obo

Thanks for all of the compliments, it is an excellent example!

Reason for the sale:

This ZHP is one of 3 BMW's that I currently own, one of 7 cars, and one of 9 vehicles. All are registered/plated, insured, and driven by me, the only driver. Being a mini collector has its merits, I am starting to feel the strain of keeping them all maintained, in good condition, and driven regularly. So before that becomes an issue, I would like to get down to one DD and one pleasure car, maybe 2 at the most. A DD for me needs a hitch and one of the weekend cars is my father's, so I'm really down to maybe one available slot for the ZHP. There is nothing for this kind of money that can touch this ZHP for condition and performance, but after reducing down my fleet size I will be in a different price category. There are other things out there that I would like to experience and I have a Lotus Exige wallpaper at the moment.

The plan was to list the ZHP for the right price and see if it could be matched to the right buyer. I was in no hurry to dump the car or anything like that but I think I found the right buyer last night and took a deposit. I will undoubtedly be sad to see it go but will be happy to know it will be loved and driven. I've had the ZHP for almost 7 years and I've kept it this long because I have thoroughly enjoyed driving it. I hope the new owner does as well.

Doubt it... they favor stock cars from what I've seen.
