the GVWR should be on the sticker in the driver's door jamb.

Curb weight for both the 330i and 330Ci with a manual transmission is listed as 3,285 lbs according to the owner's manual. Curb is the weight of the car plus operational equipment fluids but no passengers or additional cargo (this definition varies by region).

Gross weight, according to the owner's manual, is 4,343 lbs for both the 330i and 330Ci with a manual transmission.

For those too lazy to follow the link, I've quoted it below:

I had trouble finding exact numbers so I weighed my car today. 2003 330i ZHP. 3680lbs with me in it, and a full tank of gas.

Math time. I went to scale right after weighing the car and with my phone, shoes, etc I clocked in at 243lbs. Full 16.9 gallon fuel tank is 99lbs. Leaves a vehicle weight of 3338lbs. I think "curb weight" includes full tank of gas, so my curb weight would be about 3437lbs.

What was in the car?
Everything you leave the dealership with (spare tire and jack, owners manual in the glovebox, floor mats, full fluids like washer fluid etc)

Factory options on my car:
Moon roof
Cold weather package
Manual transmission
Leather interior
Factory blue tooth module
Factory alarm
OEM Single disc CD player
No health kit under the passenger seat
Bi-Xenons

Aftermarket modificaitons I had on the car:
Removed SAP pump (maybe -7lbs?)
TS2 supercharger (maybe +70lbs difference from stock intake parts, including fluids?)
Magnaflow cat-back and ebay headers (maybe -25lbs from stock parts)
Wavetrac LSD with Z4 finned cover (no idea if this weighs any more than the open diff, but it might?)
Hardwired V1
Subframe, sway bar, and rear shock mount reinforcements

That's all I can think of that would possibly effect curb weight.

A bit more than 3285. But I guess the weight of the supercharger and the factory add-on options add up a bit.
