I just saw this now. It definitely wasn't me. I dont have a panjo account, never used their website either. You're right though, not much I can do without the car or title ;)
It must be an auto-generated post from autotrader or craigslist. I'll email them to remove the post.

turns out they take postings from bimmerfest and repost them as their own, and charge a commission. I already asked them to remove the posting ASAP. I still miss driving around with the roof down. :(
