Im not sure if this "fold" is normal. This side of the car has been damaged from the previous owner. Does your compartment look similar?25349

Something has caused that seam sealant to pop up. I would peal it up a little to see if you can get a look at what's going on underneath.

This bothers me. Alot! On the same side my spindle is bent, my mechanic told me so, since then i noticed he was correct, and this is another piece of confirmation that something happened here on this sude of my precious car http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160403/d69c718653da12b99022610b09505737.jpg

Your front turn signal doesn't look seated properly to me.

Agree. Loosen up the Philips head screw and try pushing it back a bit.

it actually looks fine - it looks like fender misalignment to me - look at how it mates with the bumper and under-light trim. something's off.

Honestly, I don't think its the turn signal, it looks aligned with the headlight properly. Looks like that the fender is positioned incorrectly, look how the hood sits farther forward than the fender. There is also a noticeable gap between the fender and the plastic panel for the headlight washer...

looks like the hood is off a bit too. There shouldn't be such a big gap by the grills...

Yeah... the fender is off line, makes the hood, headlights and Corner light look off. I'm guessing a body shop will have to fix that when I go for a paint job

This is looks exactly what happened when I smacked a curbed, the front wheel came up compressed the struts, bump stop failed and continued to hit the inner fender. Mushroomed my Driver side strut tower, my fender isn't lining up either and you can see where the wheel hit the inner fender. It looks like where this seam is.

Agreed, I think this car is tweaked from some kind of impact.
OP, are you aware of any accident history on your car?

Clean carfax. My car has an oem M3 bumper cover. Makes me wonder why would someone change the cover if there was nothing wrong
