I've contacted TRS for a possible Group Buy for a Full ZKW rebuild kit for Bi-Xenon headlights.
The discount is upon your sub-total purchase, meaning before Tax & Shipping.
They want to know how many people are interested, the more committed buyers we have the bigger the discount we'll recieve as a group.
So far if its less than 10 people, We have a 10% discount to start just for having interest which is probably there typical discount code.
Keep in mind that this rebuild kit Comes with absolutely everything you need to get "Like-New" OEM Headlight Output.

^^ Link to TRS E46 Headlight Rebuild Kit ^^
Starts at 175$, with no Epoxy or New Bulbs
With Bulbs/Epoxy/& the Kit will run you 224.50$ with NO DISCOUNT.
Much cheaper than replacing the full headlight Assembly or Buying Used AL Headlights.

I recall there being anywhere from 6-8 other people interested during the Headlight Lens group buy... hopefully we can get 10-15 people on this forum alone over the next day or so

FWIW I am getting security warnings when I try to load the retrofit page. Just reporting this: not asking for support.

Thats Odd? I wonder why it would do that, It could potentially be because I posted a Hyperlink from my cellphone so maybe the data transfer isnt the same if the link is clicked on from a Desktop/Laptop or your Browser isn't able to support there HTML Codes.
Feel free go visit www.theretrofitsource.com
Clicking:
>Complete Retrofit Kits
>"Application Specific"
> Scroll down to the Item that says:
"RETRO-QUIK: BMW E46 / ZKW HEADLIGHT REPAIR KIT"
& thats the item I'm speaking on.
My apologies for the dead link guys [emoji28][emoji28][emoji28]

I don't want to hijack this thread with this diversion, but I will quickly note that the more direct URL (www.theretrofitsource.com (http://www.theretrofitsource.com)) redirects to the https path anyway, and fails.
I'd suggest we leave it at that: I was mostly trying to alert the vendor.

Awesome, hopefully more people attempt this in the mean time. I cant source AL Headlights for cheaper than this rebuild so I figured why not

I think theretrofitsource has 10% off $100, 15% off $150, and all the way up to 25% off 250 every thanksgiving. Do you think they are going to offer better discount for the group buy?

I can always ask, But in reality if they give us anything better than 15% off I'm happy to buy it. Even with 10% off and thats including, bulbs, epoxy, and the full kit - Its $202.45 or so.
Its really up to you guys to commit, For me its worth the investment considering this is whats currently mounted on my ZHP lol

Just received a response about the discounts available for us.
"It would basically be 15-20 would be 15%, 20-25 would be 20% and 25+ would be 25% off."
Heres the broken down math, Keep in mind that the prices I'm calculating includes the following:
- The Kit: $175.00
- J.B Weld: $4.50
- D2S XB 6500K: $45.00
Total = 224.50$ with out any discounts.
10 People or Less = 10% Off
$202.05+Tax
15-20 People = 15% Off
$190.83+Tax
20-25 People = 20% Off
$179.60 +Tax
25(+) People = 25% Off
$168.38 +Tax

If anyone is considering this... JUST DO IT!! :) this is one of my most favorite upgrades to my car. My 4500k D2S bulbs with these projectors are visibly brighter than most Audi & Acura's!!

But I agree, All I see is a blue haze in most situations and its frustrating knowing how bright they actually CAN be lol
I guess the interest on this super slow because of everyone else having to recuperate off of the GruppeM intake Group Buy, I wouldve loved to have gotten one but being able to SEE is a step above on my priority list LOL

Thank you for the reassertion that this is actually worth pursuing! Do you have any photos of the Output with the 4500K bulbs? I want a nice blue out put, but Idk what degree Kelvin the stock Bulbs are so I figured 6500K it is lol

4500k look like halogens. You'll want 6000's for blue-ish. I could grab a photo for ya tonight most likely.

Bi-Xenon: Morimoto EvoX-R Projectors.
In googling them, the pictures of the out put are staggeringly different

Seconded. Although, I wish I would have gotten in on the lens group buy. New lenses with new projector/bulbs and night driving would be like day driving!

Thats what exactly what I did! I bought my lenses, and now all I need is the Kit and I'll basically have brand new headlights. Im hoping at the same time to buy Xpel , I've heard its like a resin coating for plastic lenses that really keeps them looking brand new [emoji1417]
