Need help finding correct seal, right side under hood...

I ordered this part first from ECS then from my parts guy at a local dealer and both gave me the same, wrong part. The part # is 51718215914

The issue is the smaller piece of this 2-part seal does not fit my car. The driver side (left) fits fine, but the passenger seal in question is more shallow stock, whereas the new piece was same/similar depth to the driver side. I'll upload a few photos for comparison.

Any ideas what is the correct part # for my 2003 ZHP?

#28 in the diagram you posted and #9 in the link I posted. It's part # 51718215914 but it does not match the part that's in the car as you can see in the photos.

Maybe the old part was superseded by the new part numbers and a new design?

It can't be as it won't fit at all. The stock part is more shallow and angles back a bit more as you can see in the photos.
