Mine is cracked from impact with road debris....anyone one have one in decent shape they'd be willing to sell?

If not, any recommendations on some of the non-original BMW fog lights that are available via the usual parts places?

I heard the copies may not be a good fit. I would suggest OEM.

Don't go with the ebay junk. Been down that road. As soon as it rains those ebay fog lights get foggy on the inside.

I'm in a similar situation. You can sometimes find the assembly on car-part.com. I found one locally, but I've been too lazy to drive the 30 min to go pick it up.

I took a quick look....lots of random 3-series pop up....I guess I need to call some of the close by places and see if they have a zhp style fog.

I guess my question is regarding the ones that are offered as alternates to the Genuine BMW ones at places like ECS and Turner. For example:
These: https://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E46-330Ci-M54_3.0L/Lighting/Fog_Lights/ES2795162/
are half the price of these: https://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E46-330Ci-M54_3.0L/Lighting/Fog_Lights/ES2795165/

I'm curious on this too.

There's one review on ECS for the alternate fog lamps. Doesn't look too bad after all:

"These fog lights are a good replacement for damaged OE. Function just as well but have a very subtly different look without the glass "ripple". One note: the adjusters are placed differently than OE, so the fitment, while good, can be tricky getting alignment into the bumper tabs. The hex nut adjuster is in the rear vice the front so there is potential for "rubbing" internally to the bumper. Adjustment is then by Philips screwdriver through trim. It works but a little more difficult than OE. "

I've got a fluted lens driver's side foglight with bulb I just installed from my ZHP if you are interested. In my case the passenger side was cracked. I fortunately was able to source a pair on fleabay, but they were clear lenses.

Genuine BMW, used off of an E46 M3. Easier to find as an M3 part on eBay......
