AC Schnitzer type 3

Need some help with wheel fitment for you wheel guys. I feel not so comfortable when it comes to this and would like some proper advice.

I'm thinking about buying a set of AC Schnitzer type 3's. The wheels are 18x8.5 all round et43. My car is on H&R sport cup kit which lowers it about 1.5 all round, maybe a little less than that in the rear. Do you guys think these would fit without fender modification or tire stretching? I'm not really into either of those options.

Stock is 51mm offset & 8" width on front, 47mm & 8.5" on rear. If you go 8.5" and 43mm all around you'll be fine with 245/35 or 255/35 tires. If you want to go to 265/35 or 265/30 tires you'll probably get some fender rub.
