For those interested. I almost bought this ZHP but ended up buying a sedan.
I had the PPI done and the only things they found were small leaking from OFHG and VCG. Both front tires would need to be replaced (they have thread left but apparently has rubber cracking in places). Again I didn't see it, this is what the PPI found.

The owner wasn't really budging on the price at all. I could only get him down to $10500 but then I found the one I bought.
Looks to be a great car.

It looks like he replaced the knob from the pics I posted (not 100% sure though). Some of those pics in the ad are from when he bought it.
