If anyone is serious about this ZHP, I live 5 miles from the dealer and could check it out. And recommend reputable indy shops in the area if a PPI is desired (which of course most of us would highly recommend).

This exactly. We had our X5 shipped from out of state. If you find a vehicle that checks all the boxes and you plan to keep it, the shipping costs are a minimal expense in the long run. I believe Joop shipped his M3 from right here in Seattle to S. FL for less than a 1K (which was in fact a great deal).
