Well it's time to let go of my beloved E91. Purchased for my wife originally in Jan 2014 with 19,000 miles on it here in Chicago. The car was obviously bone stock when we got it and I have put in some good money making it look the way it should but the wife got a Mercedes earlier this year and I have been driving since it but want to move on - which actually has me 2nd guessing myself as I post this because it's such a great car.
Here are the specs
2007 328xi AWD
Steptronic Trans
low miles for age at just 51,4xx miles (probably won't crest 52,000 but we will see)
Sparkling Graphite
Tan Leather
Premium Package (leather, bluetooth, pwr memory seats, etc...)
Pano roof
Cold weather package (heated seats and headlight washers - no ski bag)
Manual sunshades on rear doors
Cargo cover and rear divider (dog net)
Car has been enthusiast maintained, I'm pretty anal about keeping the cars in good shape. Oil changed regualrly twice a year with BMW Castrol (just went though my last case of it this summer). Washed regularly and waxed/buffed about 5-6 times a year with Chemical Guys products. If there were scrapes on the car, normally from the wife, the car was taken into A&L Autobody/iND for touch ups, this is also where any service on the car was done if it wasn't completed by me. 2 working keys, booklets and all of that all included.
Recent maintenance includes:
-Cooling system overhaul Sept '14 - Themostat went so I replaced that as well as the water pump and other stuff. Expansion tank was in good shape so left it alone. This was done at a BMW dealership as I was away from home when it went bad.
-New tires this past April, Conti DWS all seasons.
-Oil/filter this past June - car should be good till next June or sooner if new owner wishes.
-Stoptech Brake Pads, ECS rotors and new sensors done at 45,000 miles (June also).
Little odds and ends swapped out when needed but overall it's been an extremely solid running car.
Car was just at iND last week for a check up of all systems and everything looked good (made sure all suspension was checked over extensively).
Now to the add ons!
-OEM LCI Halogen headlights. Purchased new OEM (GetBMWParts) days after getting the car as the dickbag dealership sold us a car with a headlight malfunction and I didn't notice as they we bought it during the day and the lights were off and code cleared.
-OEM Blackline tail lights
-OEM black finishing rod set
-OEM E91 Roof crossbars
-K&N drop in air filter
-Weathertech trunk tray
-Active Autowerke Signature Exhaust - sounds great on the N52 motor!
-OEM BMW Performance rear bumper and painted diffuser
*I also have a very good condition 330i intake manifold that I haven't gotten around to installing that I will include in the sale for a very good price. I can also offer the new owner performance tuning on the car at a discounted rate to push the car up to appx. 275hp from a highly reputable tuning company (no unreliable backyard tuner flashes).
As for the wheels the car will be on 18x8.5/18x9 Apex EC7's in anthracite (not pictured) on those 225/255 Conti DWS. The stock 16" wheels and RFT's will be included in the sale as well as the OEM muffler, and anything else I have from the car that was removed and in working order.
Asking price is $16,900 and car will be delivered with 2 working keys, booklets and all of that included.
I can assist in all aspects of selling, including financing, shipping the vehicle and also a well priced additional extended warranty if desired (not that this car will need it if you treat her right) as I work for a dealership here in Chicago.
PM with any questions.
Thanks.
