Unfortunately this car is not working out as planned with 2 kids so it's time for something different. I'm the 4th owner of this beautiful car. Original owner was Mickjagger on e46fanatics.com (Georgia), second owner was dgearing on e46fanatics.com (Alabama). The third owner was a school teacher in Scranton PA who owned it for 2 years before I purchased it. I was told it was rarely driven in snow by him, the underneath of this car is very clean for a 2003. I have not driven it in the snow. Below are the service records I have acquired from previous owners and myself.
Paint shines like new (recently had a full detail/correction), paint sealed with Wolfgang 3.0 with a Collinite 476 top coat. Leatherique treatment on seats 2 months ago. Cleaned and loved on regularly inside and out. (I make my 4 year old take off his shoes in the car, lol)

- Kenwood head unit with Bluetooth

- 3.46 diff (3k rpm at 75)
Bad:
There is some stone chipping on the front bumper and hood, couple of small dings and scratches, but all in all great shape for a 12 year old car that was daily driven. 135's have some typical curbing as well. Most people don't notice the small defects, but I'm a little OCD with my cars.
In an effort of full disclosure I have notices a few small drips from what looks to be the oil pan gasket area (still under investigation though) Also rear tires are nearing the end of their life.
I have access to a lift and can take some more high res pictures of the car if seriously interested. Also I have an AutoCheck report I can send to interested parties.
