Why did you decide to not go through with the project? Very tempted to pick this up...what all else would be needed to do conversion? Just the two parts you listed? I've never looked much into the swap because of the cost usually being so high.

I've been telling myself I was going to do this eventually. I would seriously consider picking this up if it was 6 months from now when I have $1300 to spare haha
