The telltale sign is whether it has lumbar support listed, as it was only available through the Premium Package. It does not appear to have the Premium Package.

That's a refrain I see far too often and when I email them it usually goes something like this:

Me: in your ad you say the car is fully loaded, does it have the Premium Package and the Cold Weather Package? If you're not sure, does the car have heated leather seats, headlight washers, lumbar support, or autodim mirror? What other options does the car have?
Seller: It does have both packages, heated seats, leather. No headlight washers or lumbar support, but otherwise fully loaded.

Rant aside, still worth looking into at that price if it's accident free.

But, the price still looks great, given that there are no accidents reported to Carfax (not 100% reliable - but obviously better if it comes up clean, means it has a *chance* to actually be un-hit). Still worth a look IMHO. Might even be able to use the lack of PP to negotiate down even further.
