Lighting diagram for license plate bulb

I'm installing the rear camera for the AVIN Avant 2 and I'm having trouble finding a diagram showing the different wires for the license plate lights to work. There's 3 wires going to the right side bulb and I'm needing to find a diagram showing how I can use those 3 wires to install the rearview camera. Help wanted. :fingerscrossed

I have not taken this apart myself, but two thoughts come to mind. You can test the wires with a multimeter to check for positive/negative current draw, depending on the meter. Second, DC current only needs two wires to function. Any chance the third wire is an additional power feed to the other license plate light? That way if the bulb went out on the one in your hand, the second light still gets power. Maybe check the other bulb housing to see what you have there.

I would guess yellow and gray is power and brown is ground... just guessing though.
