The kidney grille clips are broken, when you close the hood they both pop out. So I knew that I would need to replace them, but I was undecided if I wanted to replace them with all chrome, chrome & black, or all black. So I decided to plasti dip them since I had some laying around. I really like the matte black look on the black car and will be ordering matte black grilles!

Part 1 - Sunroof Repair
The sunroof cover was not working properly it was making aweful sounds and the sunroof was not functioning properly. So I followed this DIY (http://www.lincomatic.com/e46sunroof/e46sunroof.html) to determine what parts I would need to order to get the sunroof operating properly. I took it apart and I needed almost the same exact parts as the poster. I had to tape the same side as the DIY poster and order both left side clips plus one right side slide.

Part 2 - Right Fog Light Trim
Was missing, now its not! Pretty easy install, just push it until it clicks into place.

Looks like you're going to have the car sorted in no time flat.

Detailed Car (Dish Detergent Wash, Clay Bar, Griots Polish 3 with DA Polisher with Orange Pad, Griots Sealant, Carnauba Paste Wax, Carnaunba Liquid Wax, P21S, Black WOW)

There is a decent amount of clear coat correction that needs to be addressed on the car requiring a bit more than Griots 3 Polish. Probably cant see much in the photos but its there. Its a 5 foot car, and closer and I begin to see it which bothers me.

Not sure about the timing chain :dunno

Oil 0w40 or 10w40? May not be a big difference.

I am going to go with Mobil1 0w40 European Car Formula Advanced Synthetic (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Mobil-1-0W-40-Advanced-Full-Synthetic-Motor-Oil-5-Quart/23636902). I use it on my Cayman and my wife's Mini already, so that will make things easier if I use it on the zhp as well.

I saw the timing spring on someones recommended maintenance list, and since its cheap I added it the list.

Good call on the M1.

Ok. I don't recall seeing that done. Others here can chime in.

I've seen it around several times. It makes sense to replace it.
