My rear DWS's are wearing very uneven and when looking at the car from behind I can se that the right rear side is sagging a little bit. What rear suspension componets would cause the un even tread wear the most? Another question I have is a local seller has a pair of OEM lower control arms that were used for very little. Ive read DIY's and have notice people say certain bushings need to be "pre loaded". Since these lower control arms were already installed would I need to buy new lower control arm bushings?
If you can post a pic of the rear tires and the uneven wear.
Majority of the time it is the Rear Trailing arm bushings or a bad alignment.

For what it's worth too the right rear has a small air leak. I'll put 36 psi in it and without about 3 weeks it's down to 27 psi. Should I just keep filling it up until I get it fixed or should I run the left rear at 27-30 psi

I'd get that fixed, personally. For me that would be a real nuisance to have to keep filling it but also a safety concern since you run the risk of blowing a tire.

I hear ya. I should be purchasing new rims next season. Only a few more months until my winter wheels will be on.

Despite you mentioning the left right, it's the left rear that looks completely bald to me in the middle area. Since you seem to have the same type of wear on both sides, I'd probably go with Rear Trailing Arm Bushings, which could cause your alignment to change. I think the sagging issue is a separate issue.
Looks like an issue caused by rear trailing arm bushings.
As far as the sagging, I would first look at the springs on that side. Some people have had springs rust and break off.
