WTB: 2004-2005 330i ZHP (ideally in the southeast)

First off, I'm not actually buying until September.

Believe it or not, I'm not actually that picky as far as color combination go. Here is what I'm looking for:

2004-2005 E46 330i ZHP
Ext: White>Red>Blue>Black>Grey>Silver
Int: Brown>Tan>Black>Dove
Manual>Automatic
<120k miles

Budget: Honestly depends on the condition of the car but I'm not going to pay $15k for a 10 year old car either.

Since I'm just starting my search I'll be wanting to stay toward the left side of my wants but would be willing to consider a really clean car of a less desired color.

I'm sure I've left off some details so let me know what I left off.

It's my understanding that that car will not pass emissions in my country and therefore I wouldn't be able to register it. That sucks because that car looks great.
