I also got a front license plate bracket. I thought it best to finally comply with Ohio laws . . . whatever.

Can someone with this factory front plate bracket tell me if it's attached with any hardware? I have it snapped onto the bumper & it feels pretty secure, but there are a couple tabs on the bottom that line up with holes, but they don't look like they'll hold a screw. Then there's the two threaded holes on the front that don't seem to line up with anything, including the license plate itself. I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.
