I just got home from EAG, picked up a "new' E39 M5 on Friday, drove the fucker all the way home to Phoenix. There will be a thread and some pics up shortly. Anyways, based on my own personal experience and what I saw, I'm not surprised those guys are so successful. Yes, they charge astronomical prices. But they deliver the goods. And plenty of people are willing to pay for turnkey, ultra-high quality. I wished I'd have looked at more inventory, I'd have liked to have seen this incredibly low-mileage ZHP.
