Reluctantly putting her up for sale....I bought it in 2011 from second owner (Was a CPO car) and has been very reliable for me. I need a newer car for work (really supposed to be less than 3 years old) and I am tearing down my garage in a few weeks for rebuild and wont have a place for her for quite a while.

Always stored indoors, I even have a garage at work that keeps it cool and out of the sun. The color combo of Mystic Blue and grey leather gets a lot of complements, it also has the silver cube trim. She has been very reliable and taken care of. Personally it hardly ever sees much above 3-3.5K RPM, I'm usually going for efficiency and regularly get 27-28mpg with a solid mix of city/highway driving. Have Mileage/fuel records as well as maintenance records.

Work done:
At 62K I replaced all fluids- Transmission(redline synthetic), Diff (redline Synthetic), Coolant, Clutch, brake, power steering, etc. Also replaced belts then.
Oil changes always full synthetic every 5-7K miles, either BMW or Castrol. BMW Filters.
Tires have plenty of tread left, I'd say 50%+, continentals. Stock ZHP staggered wheels.

Options:
Has sunroof, Nav package, ZHP obviously, heated seats (cold weather I believe), CD player, the M seats, etc. It has everything but the multi disk CD player to my knowledge.

Some tasteful mods by Previous owner:
- Dinan Intake/filter & Chip
- Dinan Cat back exhaust, not noisy and just makes it sound powerful & healthy.
- Dinan shock tower brace.
- Tinted by a pro shop, looks nice and front windows are legal in CA.
- The Alacantara Steering wheel was replaced under CPO warranty with an M3 leather wheel.
- LED lights, and I have the old ones.
- Umnitza angel eyes around the Xenon.

I also have a bunch of parts. New lower black grill, radiator and coolant rehab parts, probably $500-800? worth. Just havent had time yet. Took the old cup holders out and put in the Euro storage area....no eating/drinking/smoking in the car on my watch!

As far as issues, the car is in great shape and always babied but of course driven regularly and not a show car. Cosmetically it has a one inch scratch on the right side from my wife and a bicycle, it could be repaired easily and just shows when full of dry wax.....and the front spoiler has a fair amount of rock chips and has hit parking stops a number of times. Hood was repainted and is almost perfect. Most wheels have some curb rash, but repairable IMHO. These cosmetic items are not really visible unless you really look. For mechanical issues, there are a few minor things to disclose. There is a small parasitic drain on the battery that seems to come and go. If it sits three weeks it will most likely go dead, so if I am going to park it over a week or two I just disconnect the battery. I did replace the battery a couple years ago. Also, every few months there will be a few instances of it dying at idle. I understand its most likely the ICV but have not addressed yet, as it doesnt happen often.

Let me know what else you would know about it. I'm in Cupertino and work in San Jose. Make an offer, but no low ballers please.

The photos make it look darker than it is, can send more. Oh, and made a $20 donation to the Mafia.........! (And Moderator, this is my second try, the first try via ipad submitted way before I was done!)

Yeah. It pissed me off that this one was across the country. Color combo + mileage was epic at that price.
