So, the insurance company totaled my ZHP, and I'm deciding whether to sell it whole as-is, fix it up and get a repaired title, or part the whole thing out...

Car is running, drives fantastically, and won 1st place in Autocross last season with me. I have lots of records, been maintained top to bottom in the 4 years ive owned it, and has a handful of mods and spare parts.

Let me know what you'd be willing to pay- i have a buyer interested now, as-is but I dont want to shut down opportunities to get more money... duh.

As it sits, it has snow flake winter alloys and snow tires on it, but I have light weight 17s w/ BFG G-force Rivals 245/45-17 square

it has a stock zhp suspension installed, but I also have zhp struts, H&R springs, and KMAC caster/camber plates in the basement, ready to go on it(summer vs winter suspension)

Mods:
Conforti Shark Injector tune/plug-in module
Turner subframe reinforcement
Turner RTAB Limiters
M3 transmission bushings
Installed JB Racing lightweight flywheel last summer, w/ Clutchmasters FX300 clutch
m3 joints in upper and lower joints on rear control arms
hid fog lights (3000k)
6-Piston Brembo calipers and pads from 135i, custom bracket and M3 rotors up front
Hawk HP10 pads in rear to settle the great braking up front...
****(the Brembo brakes may not be available to be sold with the car)****
k&N intake
Carbon Fiber strut bar
Stewart water pump(lifetime warranty)

Maintenance:
Pretty much every damn suspension/drive-train bushing in the car, with the exception of the motor mount bushings... I cant think of another that didn't get replaced.
brakes bled 2-3times per year
VANOS rebuilt with Beisan seals, new guides
new cold weather ccv and tubing
oil filter housing gasket
new radiator and hoses

These lists will expand greatly once I have the car back(tonight 4/23/15) and I have all my service records and receipts to look over, and of course have the car to look at.

Other loose parts:
auto dimming rear view mirror that I hadn't gotten around to installing/coding
newer LCM to upgrade
lots of stuff

I would possibly want the driver's side headlamp. And maybe by some miracle the other one would be fine with a new lens...?

GLWS, such a shame. I'm eyeing the CF strut bar if you decide to part it out...

interested in the passenger front door, if not rusty - oh, and the mirrors (easy since one is attached to the door already :) ).

Why the feeding frenzy if he won't respond?

Why the feeding frenzy if he won't respond?

I wouldn't call this a feeding frenzy... and sorry I've been working on final projects, studying for finals, and a whole lot of other stuff. Last final was today, Project report submitted 10 minutes ago, and another report thats going to be published is due tomorrow at 3pm... So, I'm a bit aloof, and rarely sleeping.

Addressing the interests and concerns: Found out yesterday, on my 3rd trip to the registry in a week, that I don't have to apply for a new title... No salvage, or even branded... So, I'll be keeping the car complete and either keeping it for myself, or selling it whole.

That being said- everything is always for sale... Just the prices aren't always reasonable.

The winters are not bad, a little older but the wheels are in great shape(bought them from Charrie). They're a super solid winter wheel, holds up against potholes. Are you local? If not, they're probably not worth shipping.

He put up a craigslist ad: http://worcester.craigslist.org/cto/5015140923.html

That ad was up before... For 4k obo. Back when he thought it was a salvage title.

FYI, even though the title wasn't branded when you bought it back, it can still be branded for the next owner. Source: I've had that happen. I was upfront about it being totaled, so no big deal, but I certainly wouldn't sell it as a clear title in case of a surprise at registration.

I went through both the insurance company and registry for multiple trips to get a final answer... So, I'm saying clean title as that's what I've been told. I have been screwed by the system also, so I'll follow up and get a written document stating it's a clean title from the registry.

Seems fair to me.

It's bullshit that the car was totaled anyway with that little amount of damage.
