My shock mounts are making a creaking noise. Are these shock mounts any good?

I would do the Meyle HD mounts and the Z3 reinforcement plates before doing those.

z3? Don't the E46s have their own plates?

Remember that Meyle stuff is crap and is made in China now. I was a big supporter. Not so much now.

Just a thought.

you do want some deflection there, remember that the top of the shock has to articulate some. spherical bearing mounts would be ideal... i think TMS or bavauto have some for $150.

Rouge engineering rear shock mounts.

+1 I just installed these. Also agree with Dane in Meyle. The last set of FCABs I got from them were crap after a few months.

Rouge engineering rear shock mounts.

$100 = ouch

I'm also not liking Meyle since the front strut mounts I got started squeaking after only a year old.

Yep. So far so good. Considering new shocks though.

Dave, what did you end up getting? One of rear shocks has lost its guts (oil) onto the floor of my garage. Will need shocks and shock mounts I guess.

ECStuning has OEM for $34 or Sachs for $14 each for the ZSP.
