This is a solid car with up to date maintenance and beautiful interior (only problem is a pretty bad wear on a driver's seat bolster). Has a LOT of rock chips on the front, though, to the point of needing a partial respray, both bumper and hood. Maybe it's just me being too picky, but I had to pass... The car is too far away from me to go after it given the cosmetic issues... if it was closer and the price was right, I might think twice. It looks really nice overall.
Anyway, great car for a right buyer, who would be willing to do some exterior paint TLC. I'm wary of getting my car anywhere close to the paint shops (bad experience), so just prefer all original, intact paint if possible (few touch-ups here and there, but nothing too bad)...

You went and saw it? Can you give any details on maintenance?

I haven't seen it, but I've talked with a seller and he sent me some close up pics. Very upfront and honest dude...
Clean AutoCheck.. shows 5 owners... The car is bone stock. Here's on maintenance:
Complete cooling system overhaul (every part but radiator has been replaced) (mostly bmw oem parts or better)
OIL - oil filter housing seal, oil pan seal and a few other smaller items all replaced (oil sensor) with BMW OEM.
DISA - was replaced at one point, i replaced new seal.
Power steering reservoir and fluid replaced
CCV replaced (with one for cold weather)
Suspension - control arm bushings were replaced by previous owner. As far as I know none of the other parts have been replaced.
Tires - I would say they are at 90-95% new
I did not touch VANOS! they might of been done already, but i am not 100% sure. All i know is there is no noise coming from there; engine runs very smooth without any noises. (its much quieter than 335)
Sunroof guides replaced - now the sunroof needs to be recynced... (I tried, but it takes lots of patients, so I gave up and unplugged the button; left it in closed position)

I'm gonna take a look at it this weekend if it's still available. I live 15 minutes away. Not really a fan of red, in fact this is the 4th red one I've recently seen for sale locally.

Once you see her in person in that sexy red dress, you'll want to make her yours.
