Wonder what the price on it is going to be.
The car on the website states it is a Step however pics show it as a manual. Vin Added to the zhp registry.

Asking price is $8900. 22 service records via Carfax and 4 owners. Clean title and no accidents to report.

That's a pretty decent price for the miles, depending on the maintenance and condition. Four owners seems a bit high but maybe that's just me.

Not to bad. Reminds me of my 2004 ZHP purchase! $8900 with 83k miles, 3 owners.
Looks like it has aftermarket pedals and a bmw performance shift knob. Plus the clear lights all around.
Someone should go check it out.
If anyone need someone to check this out, I'm 45 minutes away and in this town a few times a month. Actually just there, this afternoon.

Car is still listed on the dealer website.
38 miles away, it'll take me about 45 minutes. Let me know, otherwise I'll look at it in a few weeks.

Looks good. The red tag on pic 2 says $10,250 or $10,750 . I assume Vas called the dealer.
I contacted the dealer. See below
$8900 and it is in excellent condition. Very well maintained.

I test drove the car yesterday - it's got a little surprise under the hood for anyone that's a fan of FI.
(Active Autowerks SC, I'm not familiar enough to know what stage it was...)
Apparently they want 10,900 for the car now... great condition, some rash on the wheels but otherwise pretty clean.
Also, another sales guy came out to the car as i was getting in to test drive to tell me it had already been "sold" they were just waiting on a check from someone in Alaska... but then he said Arkansas. Maybe he didn't know his state abbreviations?:dunno
Or there was no check and he was just trying to get me emotional/anxious.
Any chance you got any additional images?
What did you think of the car?

Sorry Vas, I foolishly only got a quick picture of the engine... I'll post it as soon as I can figure out how to post a photo taken with my phone.
Also, it's the first 330 or zhp I've ever driven. So I don't have much to go by.
The second sales guy that came out said it was owned by a lady school teacher... Some internal and external cues included: Bavauto cupholder absorbers, tool kit only missing one item, glove box full of paperwork, 30 pin iPod link, tool bag for the trunk.
Also, the trunk was full of stuff: the old chrome kidney grills, new k&n air filter, paperwork (literally a whole stretch folder), etc. I didn't have time to look through though because I was on my lunch break...
Exterior: 8/10 No major scratches or dents. Looks like front bumper/diffuser may have been resprayed. A little bit of rash on the wheels.
Interior: 8/10 Some wear on the leather but no holes, tears, fading. Console around cupholder is flaking as usual with e46s. Dash and steering wheel buttons don't look heavily worn. Steering wheel is Alcantara - worn but not excessive- kind of sticky after holding it for a bit (maybe that's how they all are? seemed a litttle gross to me though?).
Overall: It looked like it was owned by an enthusiast. Maybe the lady teacher loved superchargers, black grilles and clear corners but my guess is all that was done before she got a hold of it (or the sales guy is lying about lady owner - always possible). Personally, the car felt a bit "loose" (steering, gear box, response time, etc.). But probably all things that could be cleared up with some fresh new parts.
Whats ya'lls opinion? is 10k a steal? Is it realistic to be gun-shy about the SC?
Would it be an option to remove SC? I've googled but can't find much about the process...

I would say price is pretty fair as long as maintenance records are in check.
"No flamesuit required"
I would look through that folder and see if you can find records. If they check out , $10k is a steal imo.
According to carfax, the last owner was from 10/1/2010 when the car had 69,366 miles. Then the vehicle was offered for sale on 3/25/2015 with 94,882 miles.
