Style 44

225/45/17 tires (3 the same, 1 mismatched I believe)

17x8 ET 47 spec measurements

I got these from the PO along with the car, he used them as winter wheels. I will not be using them as such and they are just taking up space. I took a picture of the face/major damage/tread on each wheel labeled in groups of 3 below. 2 of the tires have pretty good tread, 1 has decent tread, and 1 has so so tread. Damage on wheels looks to be fixable. All tires hold air as well. Would prefer not to ship them but if thats your prerogative then we can figure that out. Located in Northern KY/Cinci.

wheel 1 - michelin pilot HX
wheel 2 - michelin pilot HX
wheel 3 - michelin pilot HX
wheel 4 - bridgestone turanza

This is a long shot, but if you have a spare set of OEM staggered Style 135 wheels only Id work out a trade deal of sorts.

lets go $250 local pick up.

Wheel 1 (so so tread):

You may want to try CL if you haven't. I sold mine to a guy who wrecked his brother's rims.

haven't gone that route yet, wanted to try the BMW forums first before going there.

Understood. There can be some real gems on CL.

I've been looking for a set of 44s for my winter setup for a while (don't know how I missed this listing). Depending on how much it would cost to ship them I might be interested. Is the curb rash purely a cosmetic flaw? You said they hold air well so I assume there are no structural issues with the wheel (crack, bent lip, etc).

No structural issues to my knowledge. All cosmetic. Previous owner used them on occasion and sent them with the car when i bought it. Fully confident they could be refinished.

I would take them without tires.

Make me an offer I can't refuse, my price reflects mainly the wheels as I figured the tires don't factor into the cost much

I know, it would be a great winter setup. I wish I lived closer to avoid paying the exorbitant shipping costs. :' (

Let's make this happen. Not sure if cheaper to ship with or without tires to Virginia.

im gonna go out on a limb and stay its cheaper to ship without tires strictly based on weight. if you want the tires i can include them though, but shipping will probably be more. i honestly couldn't get a quote until my next set of off days (weds/thurs/fri next week)

I agree. Less weight and might be easier to ship. I have no use for the tires since I will mount new winters. Let me know if it's a pita for you to remove tires from the rims.

No rush

Consider the cost to unmount tires from the wheels as well. Everyone charges for it around here, so it helps to have a hookup. I once had to pay $25 a wheel to unmount tires; I was displeased to say the least.

Vas found some locally (congrats, much easier for you for sure) so these are still up for grabs.

You can cut them off with a grinder if you're careful not to knick the rim.
