The used market for these is $500-700.

This strut bar is not worth the $1000 OP has listed for sale. I purchased a brand new never used still in original unopened box for $600. OP if you want to realistically sell this strut bar then bring your price to realistic values. Seems OP is not in a hurry to sell this bar.

i used to work for Audi and VWoA would have those types of sales (not so much advertised but it would be leaked out) and you could get brand new zero mile VR6 motors, OE Audi/VW wheels, parts galore, etc etc etc.

Honestly, there is no correct price. Yes, some of us got them for cheap. Some of us got them around the avg $600 price. I'm sure some people paid more for theirs. You all have to remember these things cost over $1500 new from BMW (not that many people actually paid that). These things are only going to go up in price as they get rarer.

for example, years ago Carl used to throw E21 heckblende's away when he would part out cars. I can probably sell mine for $300 or more if I posted to the legion

I wouldn't sell it internationally due to scams for a potential couple hundred extra bucks. But if he is willing to take the risk....
