It's in San Diego. Doesn't take much effort to avoid rain there if you have a second car.

There are some good deals to be had if you are in the market for the e90/92. I saw a clean, fully loaded 2008 335i sedan with 45k miles that was in my area for $19k.

EDIT: Just looked for fun and found a similar one without the sport package but cold weather/premium for $17.5k.
