Possible filter replacement for Gruppe intakes?

Hey guys,
Was scrolling instagram and saw this. I don't remember the exact filter shape of the gruppe intakes but I believe it's close to this. Maybe this will work? t would depend on how big the opening is on the backside..

I'm afraid that filter is not the right shape or size to the ones used in the Gruppe M CAI Chris.....

Similar shape....sorta but its still not right.....

It was be nice if Burger Tuning would do a run on the E46 series Gruppe filter.

Has anyone figured out a replacement? I went to clean mine today and in the process, all the foam is gone. Its simply just the wires now. Had to put the stock intake back on the car.
