I just became the proud owner of this beauty.

I was a '76 BMW 2002 owner for 25 years until 2007 when I purchased a 2002 Subaru WRX. The WRX, IMHO, is the best bang for the buck performance car off the showroom floor. But I've always loved the E46 styling, and it's the last BMW body style that looked good...
:)

I'll have a lot of questions. Like, does the Harman Kardon system have Bluetooth phone and audio? And, what's a good set of alignment specs for street performance?

Thanks for any advice,
Mike

Welcome. Nice car. No bluetooth built into HK (Harmon Kardon), but some BMWs do have a bluetooth built in if they were ordered as an option. If they are still there, if you open the trunk, there are "stickers" on the back/top/inside of the lid that say what it has. Many of them didn't, so you can go aftermarket - lots of options. (Also many owners removed the stickers, so just because they are not there, doesn't mean anything). Check out the ICE thread for different options.

As for alignment, just use the regular "sport" alignment settings, there isn't one specifically for ZHP. But, I like just a little more camber than stock for da street. If you take it to a quality independent mechanic and/or tire shop, they should be able to dial you in based on a discussion of what you are looking for. And, if they don't, then you're at the wrong place.

Good luck!

Thanks all!
Is there a local Fort Worth group that gets together occasionally? Or even DFW area?

Thanks, all! This car is great!!
One question, Is there a DIY way to program the lock/unlock function to flash the lights and/or lightly beep?

Another question: The previous, previous owner must have de-badged the rear. I'd like to put the "330Ci" back on. If I order the badging is there a template online somewhere to help me get the placement correct?

What you're looking for is how to properly mount the badge. Here's the instructions for this…
