View Full Version : Automatic reverse fluke

So I got out to my car today in the parking lot and put it into reverse. It made a VERY loud clunking noise as I engaged the gear. The car would then not reverse. I was lucky to be able to pull out forward. When I got home reverse worked again, but still made the noise but a bit softer. I have noticed the noise off and on for a few weeks too. Ideas?
