That is for sure.
Do an s54 swap and have a e46 m3 sedan for under $15k

Engine is not running according to the seller.
Hence it is way overpriced.
10k would be a price for a lower mileage car.
That to me is a 4k car without a functional engine, maybe less.

theres a guy in cinci that runs a small shop doing BMW work and other things, he has a VERY clean e36 M3 with an LSx swap........im talking stupid clean. hopefully these pictures work, only ones i could find:

I've never personally met him but the guys name is Brian Cain i believe. The name of his shop is MWorksGarage if I'm not mistaken. never been to the shop either/dont know the exact location. just know of him/his work. he has a clean S50/52 swapped red E30 as well.

i love the idea of an LSx in an E46 - this car would be a great candidate. if only i had the time!!
