WTB: OEM headers with cats

Like title says. Would like to BUY OEM headers/exhaust manifolds with the integrated cats. Do not need the 02 sensors. PayPal buyer. E46 325/330 model only.

Do they need to be in decent condition or is this for inspection etc ? Mine don't throw any codes but don't have a lot of flow. (230k miles)

I got em. Just for you buddy. They are from my ZHP. Removed right around 150k. one of the studs is broken...but BMW sells a replacement for $22/bolt.
