I like the color combination - based on my experience with my car - you are looking at $5-6K to get this one restored nicely and that is assuming you do most of the work yourself. That sunroof is a bitch to fix and I bet it is totally broken. Interior parts are $$$ as well. CCV, clutch, etc. it could add up fast. Makes me feel better I am asking $12K for mine - I know now its totally worth it.

Sunshade isn't too bad to do with the repair kit. I'd consider this one as a project if I didn't just buy one. I'm sure you could get him down to $7k or below. PPI suggested...
