It's got existing Sirius Select through the end of the year. I'm not sure what actions I need to do, if any, to transfer the account to someone else, but the channel subscription retails at $15/month.

My understanding is that this Sirius receiver works with the CD53 head unit (i.e. Sirius and MP3 compatible) that you should have as well as OEM Nav, but you might verify with your local BMW dealer.
