Looks like the car has 115,000 miles approx. I like the comments section:

"We're happy to report that everything looks really good in this sample from your BMW. It does have some miles on it now, but as long as wear is low we don't think it's going to slow down any time soon. Plus, the engine doesn't seem to mind the harder use it's been seeing. Of course, being a BMW it probably
likes it. No fuel or coolant is present and air and oil filtration are excellent. It's interesting that the sub 7,000-mile runs seem to look better than the ones that go over 7,000 miles. Maybe that's the sweet spot as far as oil change intervals go. Solid report and engine."

I've been using Red Line, went from 5w-30 to 10w-40 with the last oil change.
