Welcome. Yeah those e21 and e30 have gone up so much. I almost picked up a yellow e21 few years back. Was sitting rotting away.

If you guys really want an E21 there is one on the SD Craigslist for $600 right now. Early car with late mirrors, so who knows what else was modified

Edit: there's an E3 in the desert for $600 as well
