Clearly not a ZHP.

Wood trims instead of cube trims. Not a Mtech2 rear bumper. Not style 135 wheels. Not Msport steering wheel. Chrome shadow line trims instead of black.

Reflectors on rear bumper are a dead give away. Strong candidate for Spec e46 though!!
