Lowering Perches

I have some of these sitting around that were for another car. I think they should fit the E46. Has anyone used them?

I'm planning on going with KW's, but I want to make sure the car is 100% perfect mechanically before purchasing fun stuff, and I've got these. Feedback would be appreciated!

Looks like they would work.....though I've never seen them used.
