E46 and Parrot CK3100?

So was just at the salvage yard. Happened upon an E39 and somehow everyone had missed the Parrot CK3100 dangling from the dash. Brand new condition, screen and all. Got it all out, except the main harness that was too far leeched in. My question is, is there a harness that will make this fit my 04 E46 with NAV? Thanks

They said Id have to get a mute switcher harness. All it does is wire into one door speaker and takes it over when you get a call. Seems super sketchy to me
