It's a 2003 with 123,000 miles on it. It's a silver gray metallic sedan.

She wants $9,000 or best offer.

Don't know if there are any accidents. Will find out later.

9k is a bit much IMO. It needs new CAB's, cooling system overhaul, Vanos, new brakes, foglights are MIA and the interior needs a lot of TLC. The floor on the passenger side is also pushed up into the cab from improper jacking (my guess). Knowing what I know about e46's, I would offer $7k as all the problems are relatively easy to fix.

Right now we just replaced the vavlve gaskets to stop a leak and fixed the winshield washer pump. We are putting in a new battery, replacing the rear brakes, and the cooling system hoses. It just had a full service otherwise so aside from the fog lights and the dent from improper jacking, nothiong is needed. I will have it fully detailed and if you see it again, you will be looking at a much nicer car.lol. After putting that kind of money into, just FYI...$7k wont cut it.

I would assume that once the car is fixed up that $7K is a low price. However, I think that Jim was talking about the car without the fixes.
