Looking to lower my ZHP about 1". I currently have KW V1 Struts up front, thinking of some H&R Lowering Springs. Let me know what you have.
Also if anyone knows where you can buy just the rear springs I would appreciate it. Thanks...

Cool Thanks!
Which ones fit, 400, 500, 600 or 700? How do you what the lowered amount is?
Also when ordering Springs do you get the ones for the Sport suspension or without?

I'd say sport. I don't know how to choose a spring rate. I'm gonna get on the phone with them tomorrow to possibly complete my coilovers with these springs. I'll let ya know what they say.

Ok great, ya let me know what you find out. I would assume you just order the length of spring related to the drop you want. Not sure what the stock ZHP spring length is but if it's say 210mm and the #400 spring is Height - 7.25" ~184mm you can figure it will lower the car approx 1".

So I talked to the rep, and for street use with a very occasional track use he said to go with #400 front and #500 rear.

Really!? That would be awesome if i can complete this set i got burned on. Long story short, I PayPal'd Dan Duran AKA "e46ornothing" $160.00 for a set of H&R Race springs with only 2k miles from E46F thinking he was a stand up guy & I end up with only 2 H&R Race springs :( Totally useless coz 1 is a front & 1 is a rear.

Ok Cool. Did he say approx how much it will lower the rear?

i'm pretty sure you want a progressive rear spring to match the front v1s no? it's going to feel weird with a linear spring in the back and a progressive one in the front. you can get adjusters for the rear springs that way you don't have to worry about the height being different. H&R race is like a 2" drop in the rear.

Thanks for the info. I think 2" might be a bit too low. I'm going to call KW and see if I can buy the rear springs and adjustable perches that usually come with the KW V1 kit. If not I might just leave it alone.

you should be able to. i think they sell it as replacement parts. if not, have you taken your spring pads out yet? that would lower it some. iono like a 1/4" or something
