I came across a great deal on another BMW so the ZHP needs to go. I purchased it in Jan '13 from BMW of Dallas with 107k. The car is originally an AZ/TX car. The car is now located in Des Moines, Iowa. I have performed all the repairs myself (Master certified BMW/MINI Technician).

The Good:
I have 90% of the receipts for the part purchases. The clutch was replaced due to a noisy throw out bearing. I still have the old clutch/pressure plate assembly to show it was not burnt up. Still had plenty of life, but due to the SAC it could not be re-installed (you need a special tool to properly remove for reuse). The clutch has literally 20 miles on it. I installed it and drove it straight home. Vehicle was professionally detailed/buffed/waxed/etc on 5.25.14 in preparation of the sale.
The OK:
The rear tires are also slightly over sized. They are Bridgestone Potenza ER33s - 255/40r18, not 255/35r18. The front tires are Michelin Pilot Sport A/S with 50% tread left.
The vehicle has always been a daily driver, so it shows signs of wear. There are a fair amount of rock chips on the front fenders and hood (aka 3M wrap). The front bumper was painted last fall, but has since been rock chipped and the pain is cracking in the right front corner. Looking into getting this repaired. Few scratches here and there, but nothing major. The auto headlights/rain sense does not work. RLS sensor is faulty and needs replaced. I can show fault codes/test plan proving it is just a faulty RLS. I had no issues manually operating the lights/wipers. The B-Pillars are starting to peal due to being a southern car. Ashtray door will not stay closed.
The Bad:
The grip strip trunk release does not work. The trunk has to be opened with the key(either manually or pressing the release on the key). The previously mentioned paint concerns on the front bumper (Checking on getting repainted). The passenger side mirror cap fitment is not correct. I have not looked into it much, I am guessing the retaining tabs are broken.
I am probably forgetting a few things. I will update the original post when questions come up. Thanks for looking!
SOLD!!!!!! - That includes winter wheels/tires and roof rack/fairing.
Title is in hand!
