Honestly, switch out the taillights and the hood and things aren't all that bad. However, given those things, I'm going to assume the rest of the car is no good.

Car looks shady. Hood, lights, bumper, and deck lid all look rough. The rebuilt title tells the story. That being said, it could still be brought back to life

I actually am in the cleveland area and contacted him about the car. CarFaxed it and it had a front end collision and had to be towed. He said they just swapped the hood and front bumper. I think I may actually go look at it on friday
