What's the problem with it ? If it's misaligned you can take it apart and realign it.

thanks alex - yep, that is the part i need, just no motor (mine works).

mine is cracked where the black plastic on the passenger-side wiper shaft meets the linkage arm... the passenger-side wiper is a bit floppy because of it:
