Finally ordered studs!

So I finally got around to ordering and installing some 82mm studs this weekend. Reeeeeeally enjoying them. It's much easier to get the wheels hung, and it's super simple to get the bolts on without cross threading them. Also pretty excited to be able to play around with some spacers now and not worry about having the right size lug!

Shout out to Ray for hooking me up with a pretty sweet deal. :rockon

Sorry about the filthy car and wheels.... :facepalm For reference though, those are stock m135s with no spacers and 82mm studs.

They look great Ryan! You should get some extended lugnuts so they dont like its just a stud sticking out. :)

Debating these for my 323. Had to swap wheels for the HPDE Friday and dreamed what it would be like with having studs instead of having to hold the wheel on.

Studs are expendable maintenance items in the racing world. I plan to replace mine maybe next year.

Umm...it looks like Seth's lessons might have paid off. I don't know if it was from Seth or not but wanted to point out what I thought were some great shots of some simple stuff like studs. Great job with the composition on these two photos. :thumbsup

Thanks man! He did teach me a thing or two, but most of it was how to hold a light! :D

I like the stud conversions for several reasons. It's functional and aesthetic imho.
